Holidays
A poem
Holidays… What to do? What to think? What to be this holiday.
Will I be filled with cheer? Shall I make fun of this bloody year? What do I say with the cold holding sway this holiday?
Delicate snow flakes fall gracefully down, down, down. Watch as the children play merrily, hear the sound, sound, sound. Of joy Of laughter Of happy smiles that turn frowns Upsidown.
Close your eyes, Hold your breath, Make a wish!
And settle this score with a Kiss.

Happy Holidays to you! Thanks for reading my Holiday poem! I hope you are staying warm and well wherever you are in the world. This year, the holiday season is a little different because of Covid-19; because of quarantine; because we are scared, scared to get sick. I know I am. So I’m being extra careful this holiday. I hope you and your family can have a safe and joyous holiday season!
