For Me and My Needs
Here’s the Best iPhone 15 Pro Max Case
Okay let me get this straight from the beginning:
There is not perfect case!

There are use cases and cases (pun intended) and usually one will find the other. Phone cases come in all shapes and sizes, and people have different reasons for using them. Some want protection, others want to show off their style, or both. But for me, I’ve got a different game plan: I’m all about Apple Care+.
There are several reasons. Let me break it down:
- Keeping the iPhone’s Good Looks The iPhone 15 Pro Max is a real work of art, and covering it up with a case seems like hiding a masterpiece. I want to enjoy every inch of it just as Apple designed it.
- No Case is Perfect Let’s be real, no case can guarantee your phone’s safety in every situation. Life’s full of surprises, and that glass can still break, or your phone might take an unexpected dip. So, why hide your beautiful device in a case?
- The Price Factor Good cases can cost a pretty penny, usually in the $60 to $70 range. But even with that investment, there’s no guarantee that your phone is 100% safe from all kinds of accidents.
- MagSafe I’m a big fan of Apple’s MagSafe. It’s not just about wireless charging; it’s also about using MagSafe stands all over my place and a handy MagSafe wallet. Cases with MagSafe aren’t that common, and they often come with a higher price tag.
So, here’s what I do:
I go with Apple Care+!
See, I’m the type of person who upgrades to a new phone every year, and I’m not the luckiest when it comes to keeping my phone safe. A good case could set you back around $70, while Apple Care+ typically costs about $12 a month (depends on where you live). So, after about six months, the total cost of Apple Care+ and a case evens out. I’m paying about $70 in the last six months, but in return, I get a full year of coverage against all sorts of accidents.
Sure, there’s a deductible if something goes wrong, but it’s way cheaper than buying a brand new iPhone or getting repairs at Apple (that can cost between $250 and $700, depending on the issue).
You might argue that there are cheaper insurance options out there, but Apple Care+ is super convenient. You walk into an Apple Store, explain your problem, and within 15 minutes, they’ve got it sorted — no questions asked. I haven’t found that level of service anywhere else.
So, in summary, Apple Care+ is my go-to solution. I love my iPhone and want to enjoy it in all its glory every day. Apple Care+ makes that possible, and I wouldn’t go back to using a case. Maybe if I planned to keep my iPhone for years, I’d think differently. But for now, going without a case and relying on Apple Care+ is the way to go for me.
