Here’s A $300+/day Local Business You Can Start This Week For Cheap

I guarantee you’ve probably never heard of this one before.

Imagine this: it’s a beautiful Sunday — the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and you’re driving around town while enjoying the crisp late-winter air.

Why are you up so early, seemingly driving in a random manner?

You’re looking for cash. Piles of cash that have been thrown on the side of the road and are completely free for the taking. In some rare instances, some people will even pay you to get rid of the cash.

Really. Right now, you must be thinking, who would be absolutely bonkers enough to throw money away on the side of the road?

More businesses than you could imagine — and all it takes is a small shift in perspective and you’ll find yourself knee deep in more opportunities than you could think of.

Pallets = Money

This is a business I learned about while talking to a friend of mine. In virtually every city in the US (and I’m sure other countries as well), there are businesses that thrive on the acquisition and disposal of pallets.

The problem is, these two services are rarely provided by the same company. In fact, unless you’re living in a major city, companies have to source and dispose of their pallets according to whatever deals they can find.

That’s where YOU come in.

Here’s the important thing to understand; this is crucial:

Companies pay money for pallets. Companies also pay money to dispose of perfectly usable pallets when they are done.

Do you see where your profit enters the equation?

In my state, one grade A/B pallet costs between $8 and $11. These are promptly thrown away after the company has no use for them, despite not having damaged cores.

You can usually find them hanging out near the garbage containers or even close to the side of the road. If you ask the company, they will almost certainly happily give them away — as much as you can carry.

Now, before you start collecting pallets, it’s a good idea to already have customers. What my friend used to do is post ads on Craigslist, OLX and gumtree offering pallets at below market rates.

When he would get an order for several dozen pallets (usually 50–100), he would then drive around his town looking for and grabbing every pallet he could find. This business ended up netting him several thousand dollars per month!

Did I mention it was mostly part-time for him?

Now, he has his own truck, but initially, he would rent a Hertz pickup for $98/day and would stuff about 17 of them into the car at a time. At a minimum order number of 50, we’re talking about the following amount of profit:

$6*50 pallets — $98 shipping — $50 or so for gas = $152 PROFIT

Again, that’s the absolute, bare minimum and he proudly told me one time he had sold just under 1,000 pallets in a single week….!

This is a business that barely takes any effort and has very little startup costs associated with it that you can try this week.

In fact, I would start by posting ads as soon as you can offering pallets at slightly below what your market usually sells them at and seeing how many potential customers you may have.

Scaling up is also fairly straight forward. Good luck!
