Here is Why You Must Take a Credit Card
Credit cards are often disregarded and associated with bad debt but if utilized correctly you could reap its benefits.
Currently, there are approximately about 3 billion credit cards in circulation worldwide. Now the real question is why do you need a credit card? Is it because you are unable to manage your finances and need money to survive or because you want access to benefits that the credit card offers? If it’s the first scenario and you are capable of paying your dues on time you should get it or else it is not at all recommended.
The reason that I love spending using a credit card is to gain access to all its exclusive features. Credit cards offer a variety of offers including dining, fuel, travel, international spending, airport lounge facilities, cashback, etc.
I have been using credit cards for over a year and I have managed to save thousands in cashback. I managed to get lounge access during my international trips and many discounts on shopping & dining using it. I have never defaulted on my credit card payments, so I do have a good credit score as well which again is beneficial if you happen to require loans or mortgages in the future.
As much as I love credit cards it is important to be responsible using it. People tend to overspend using credit cards and not settling the dues on time would attract heavy penalties and debt accumulation. Unfortunately, this is disturbingly more common than we anticipate. So, it is crucial to not fall victim to it but be wise and spend using credit cards responsibly.
