Mint tea

One of my favorite comforts is a warm cup of fresh mint tea.

  3. Gently boil enough water to fill your cup.
  4. Pour boiled water over the mint leaves.
  5. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Add a touch of honey if you’d like a bit of sweetness.
