Calming and Healthy Herbal Iced Tea

Part of my evening routine is making herbal iced tea for the next day. Prep takes a few minutes. It’s a refreshing and healthy beverage ready to grab on the go.
Herbal tea combinations are endless. Packed with nutrients, they offer many different benefits.
Here are a few examples:
Nettle • anti-inflammatory Hibiscus • lowers blood pressure Chamomile • calming Oat straw • stress relieving
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Nettle
- 1 Tbsp Hibiscus
- 1 Tbsp Chamomile
- 1 Tbsp Oat straw
- Slice of orange (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Directions
- Place loose leaf herbs in 2-quart jar and fill with filtered water. Secure lid.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Strain through nut bag or cheesecloth.
- Serve over ice.
- Add any optional ingredients.
- Store covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Check with your doctor when introducing new herbs.
