Morning walk The smell new spring Flowers

Freshly cut lawns Birds are singing In harmony Most humans are

Still asleep I take a deep breath Of the oxygen That the trees so Generously give me I put my earbuds in as I Listen to one of my Favorite podcasts Getting inspiration

My fitness app counting The miles and steps As I step with purpose I come across this house That just stood out to me in my travels You see it’s neighbors houses were unkept with weeds as bushes and unmanicured lawns But this house in the middle didn’t lose it’s luster and shine It exuded excellence Supremely sublime

The bushes and trees Seemed so loved The flowers were vivid It looked like someone Took so much pride in

Their home Their outdoor landscape Was alive It’s beauty inspired me I just want to thrive Live my best life I just want to be free That lovely house on

Is what I want to be I’m investing in my body My mind My spirit

I found the key I saw my reflection

The garden is me.
