I’ve been thinking about starting my diet for a few days now, but I know that one of those obstacles is the snacks I eat in the middle of meals. With this, I did some research and discovered several delicious snacks that we can eat without feeling guilty.

As you can see, a big part of the list is fruit. Fruit besides being healthy is an asset to our health. Never forget to a healthy diet, add a liter and a half or two liters of water. In addition to hydrating, we are also satiating.
