Are you healthy? Do you want to be healthy?

I am sure we all want to be fit and ready for tomorrow to work well and be energetic every day.

They say that you should keep yourself healthy wealthy and wise.

I guess if you have good health, you can work hard and become rich by amassing a lot of wealth and wise by thinking clearly and using it properly. Wise words are good to make people realize the importance of health.

Recently I saw Dr. Mehmet Yildiz’s article on 12 Entangled Health Conditions I Owned & Fixed By Myself. I got interested in reading it to find out how he could repair his body off so many malfunctions.

So many of my friends were suffering from arthritis, leaky gut, a body weight that I thought I could get them to do a few things so they get well again.

I liked his mantra a lot. In his words the various aspects are very important before being able to take care of yourself and nurse yourself back to health.
