Hawaiian Strawberry Guava Delight
Rejuvenates Skin & Promotes Hair Growth for Starters

I harvested a baseball hat full of strawberry guavas for our breakfast smoothie yesterday morning. Three guavas, each about one inch in diameter, were enjoyed en route with their tiny seeds redistributed back into nature’s garden.
Protects Against Heart Disease
The leaves, skin, fruit, and seeds are all beneficial. The fruit contains vitamins A and C, antioxidants and polyphenols that are believed to protect against heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
Promotes Hair Growth
Mash the fruit and apply topically to enjoy a head of hair of your dreams! It’s high in collagen.
Repairs Damaged Skin
Make a paste of three or four new leaves, add a few drops of water and apply to the face or skin needing rejuvenation!
Male Fertility
Consuming the above paste will also boost sperm production!
