How to Get Away With Murder — Anne Sacoolas, American Woman Escapes With Diplomatic Immunity

True Crimes — UK 19-year-old Harry Dunn’s death should be resolved in courts and not through diplomacy.

Mr Dunn, 19, died when his motorbike was in a crash with a car near RAF Croughton, Northamptonshire, in 2019.

The suspect, 43-year-old Anne Sacoolas, later left for the United States citing diplomatic immunity.

Ordinary people always get the short end of the stick. Harry Dunn’s life was cut short because an American chose to drive on the wrong side of the road.

Harry Dunn, 19, was riding his motorcycle along a roadway in the village of Croughton, England, on the night of Aug. 27, when a car traveling in the opposite direction on the wrong side of the road hit him head-on, killing him.

Vehicular accidents happen every day, in some cases, deaths happen, but when the driver leaves the scene it is an aggravating circumstance that will result in a longer jail term.

In this case, the driver didn't escape the scene of the crime, initial police reports say, Anne Sacoolas even brought Harry Dunn to the hospital.

What is disturbing about this case, Anne Sacoolas escaped to the US, hiding in the cloth of diplomatic immunity, when she should have faced Harry Dunn’s family. All she did, once in the safety and protection of the US, state apology and asked for President Trump’s support.

Flight is indicative of guilt.

UK is an ally of the US, the reason for diplomatic immunity is to protect US diplomats from being harassed with trumped-up charges, especially from not so friendly countries, but the UK is a friend.

It is acceptable and it is part of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations in 1961, of which both the US and the UK are signatories.

But when crimes outside of official duties happen, they should be reviewed, and if warranted be prosecuted. This is where it gets complicated, the US is known to protect even the criminals and never waives immunity.

In this case the diplomat's wife, Anne Sacoolas should face prosecution and should submit herself in the jurisdiction of the UK courts. Her flight is indicative of her guilt.

In many American states, vehicular homicide is equivalent to causing death by dangerous driving. Maximum prison sentences and license suspension lengths vary by state.

If this happened in the US, there will be a case against Anne Sacoolas, and her penalty will be jail time.

Anne Sacoolas from being a diplomat’s wife to a CIA operative

Anne Sacoolas has this to say, about the death of Harry Dunn,

“devastated by this tragic accident”

The statement is cold and cruel, and if she is a mother herself, she could have shown empathy and remorse, yet, all she can think of is herself, and how she is devastated by the tragic accident.

In a news report by the Daily Mail, the fugitive Anne Sacoolas could be a CIA spy and that could be the reason, she was present during that bizarre meeting of the Dunns and President Trump at the White House.

Anne Sacoolas whereabouts are now unknown. While she can hide behind diplomatic immunity, or her being a CIA spy or her being from West Virginia, a state is known to be supportive of President Trump — and if she is playing with these cards, she will never escape from real justice, the world is watching her.

Harry Dunn’s death will not be in vain.
