Good morning everybody! OK, it’s not morning in Spain anymore, but I guess, as we have a very international public here, morning is somewhere anyway.

︎Martynas was preparing a surprise for you all, but due to his unexpected sickness he spent the last 4 days in bed and couldn’t finish. So I hope he’ll do it anytime soon and we will celebrate love all together daily, not only on Valentine’s Day!

I get a lot of messages asking why they have no response after submitting a story because it has been a few days already. So I wanted to write a public explanation for all of you.

📢 Usually it takes 24 hours! And we are trying to do our best not to lose this routine.

But… Life happens.

Martynas was in extremely bad condition for a few days and all stuff was on my shoulders (not only Medium but other jobs, kids, schools, cooking, house, etc.) I couldn’t catch up with the stories. The amount is huge, at the moment we have ~550 stories waiting to be accepted!

With my best wishes, it won’t be 24 hours as you noticed, sorry. So we are asking you to be more patient ❤︎. Eventually, all good, mistake-free stories will be accepted!

What can you do while waiting?

✅ So first of all check your stories for possible mistakes (I’m not only talking about grammar mistakes)!

✅ Publish your story first.

After SELF PUBLISHING add it to publications. We are OK with self-published stories (I’m talking only about SHORT. SWEET. VALUABLE and LONG. SWEET. VALUABLE. publications). This way your story becomes visible on the platform and reaches readers WHILE WAITING IN THE LIST to be added to publication.

✅ DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE STORY AT A TIME PLEASE.

I’m rejecting story overloads and it also takes time. After we accept one, you can submit another one.
