Happiness from a Tiny Success

I pressed Publish and sank back into my chair, exhausted.

My first ever Newsletter was sent out to my tiny handful of subscribers on Substack. I had packed it with tips and tricks, sprinkled a joke or two. And poured my heart and soul into it.

But, no one would read it, right? It will languish in the cesspit of junk mails. Or stay unopened because everyone is busy.

I still want to reach out, connect, share and help.

Helping others makes me happy.

After the will it/won’t it freight train running in my brain all night, I was surprised by this 👇🏼

6 out of my 15 subscribers actually opened my very first newsletter!

I walked around in a euphoric state after that. I have made some connections.
