ANOMALIES
Hal Puthoff and Eric Davis And Project SAFIRE
A project you may have never heard of that you should know about
Hal Puthoff and Eric Davis have worked together in the past on studying Ball Lightening as you can see in this 2003 Report from Edwards Air Force Base on the Black Vault website. This report is infamously full of blank pages of redacted content. Notice the report discusses on page 26 the 1976 work of K. R. Shoulders using something called Electric Vortex (EV) Phenomena. The work of Ken Shoulders, which Hal Puthoff was also a part of, has been published in great detail on the internet after I went to the archives to see it for myself.
One of the AAWSAP DIRDs titled Concepts For Extracting Energy From The Quantum Vacuum says Shoulders’ work is “ideal for further research.” Link to DIRDS
So what are Puthoff and Davis currently working on together. Do we need to have inside information to learn this? No. It’s literally on the internet in plain site.

This is The Safire Project. And they list Puthoff and Davis on their website as part of the science review team (scroll down).

The Safire Project is working on commercializing technology that transmutes elements and has a separate website for that. They moved to Canada for some reason but started their research in America. This is American alchemy.
What’s interesting about their work and claims is that they didn’t set out to create anomalous heat or transmutations. They actually were originally trying to test a plasma universe hypothesis and experimentally recreate a version of the sun in the lab. This seemingly foolish experiment (the theory is a significant departure from popular cosmological theory) unexpectedly started melting their electrical contacts and forming bizarre patterns that when analyzed allegedly revealed elements that were never in the chamber. There’s only 3 explanations for this evidence as the elemental analysis is real. The first is it is contamination. The second is it’s real. The third this is all an elaborate hoax.
So, why is Puthoff and Davis interested in this? Well, it resembles the work of Ken Shoulders could be one reason.
Is it real? I don’t know. But, these kinds of claims are actually quite old. Nothing about reporting anomalous transmutations or energy output is new. It actually goes back further than the famous Pons-Fleischmann announcement. I could go much deeper into this rabbit hole on this post and have in the past, but if this is all still news to you I may need to give you some time to catch up. Long story short, organizations such as the Navy, the Air Force, SRI, NASA, and even prestigious academic institutions such as MIT are heavily steeped into researching this subject matter seriously despite the ridicule it often receives. Carl Page, Larry Page’s (of Google) brother is funding a lot of the work into this and Peter Diamandis of the famous moonshot X-Prize Foundation is on camera at one of the events discussing his interest in it and possible ways to get funding for it. The DOE just spent $10M funding research into the subject and the clear goal is to find a consensus on what’s going on so that the scientific community at large takes it more seriously and more funding can be allocated to studying it.
Isaac Newton studied alchemy. We don’t discard his theory of gravity because of it. We since learned he was only partially right about gravity, but don’t disregard his contribution to science. Alchemy gave birth to modern chemistry which discarded the mythological transmutation of elements. However, modern science is plagued by reports of anomalous transmutations. It’s usually disregarded as error or fraud, but it’s only hubris that assumes those are the only explanations as we don’t yet have a theory of everything. The currently most popular cosmological model says 98% of the Universe is made up of a mysterious exotic form of matter/energy. Popular modern genetic interpretation holds that 98% of DNA is “junk.” Are these not admissions that popular theory and interpretation can only see the tip of the iceberg?
Transmutation falls under a category that the DOE could consider a nuclear secret for whatever reason. It’s arguably nuclear technology. The prevailing wisdom most of us presumably have is to censor technology that can be weaponized, but not general science and definitely not technology in general. I’m not saying the DOE has censored this area of research, but it’s a legitimate question. At this point we have evidence that government institutions have been researching this for over 30 years. An SRI researcher claims he has independently verified and replicated results as have others. What’s going on?
