It is a pain trying to get to that minimum 100 follower number needed to qualify to join the Medium Partner Program. I firmly believe that it is not only acceptable to do follow for follow to get to that initial 100, but that the Medium powers that be don’t mind the use of that method. It forces new writers to interact with the writing community, which is something Medium encourages a lot. You can read more about my feelings on this topic below.

It surprises me how many of my followers are trying the organic route to gain followers. Since I got help getting to 100 from Medium writers long past that milestone, I want to help some of my under 100 followers writing good stuff hit that magic number. As of April 11, 2022, the writers highlighted haven’t hit 100 followers. Here’s to them all being long past that elusive 100 number by the time you read this.

Steve Devine explored the musicians who backed up Elvis Presley.

Ellie Mencer recounted her memories of the late William Hurt, who she met working for William Hurt’s stepfather.

Syeda Batool Ali. writes poetry.

Eva wrote about the importance of World Bipolar Day.

Timna Sheffey wrote a heartbreaking piece about losing her daughter to suicide.

This is far from a complete list of the great stuff recently written by current members of the Under 100 Followers Club. I encourage you to share some quality articles you read from authors with less than 100 followers.

I’d love you to spoil me with candy or a coffee.
