Gratitude Tag A-Z
I was tagged by Blogs by J to write this gratitude challenge in honor of World Gratitude day. I’ve changed the words numerous times as thoughts and emotions change throughout the day. But I have enjoyed creating it and I hope you enjoy it too so here we go..

A vocado
I’ve grown very fond of this beautiful green plant that provides vitamins such as C, E, K and B6 and omega-3 fatty acids. Avocados contain high levels of healthy, beneficial fats, which can help a person feel fuller between meals and who doesn’t love that!
B rain
I am fascinated and grateful for the ability to use my brain. The brain is a complex organ that allows me to think, have memory. emotions, touch and much more.
C reativity
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be blessed with creativity. Having created most of my own careers and had business partners who have allowed me to go my own way while making mistakes is how I learn. I could never be “put in a box.” and would soon suffocate…
Dance
Dance is my addiction and the benefits have been improving my posture, balance and keeping me in the present moment. It is a moving meditation and has lifted my spirits in so many ways. So grateful I took the leap to learn Argentine Tango.
E mpower
As a professional coach, this is my mission to empower you and support you in making your best possible choices to be strong and happy.
F riends
Friends are the “family that I choose.” I am so grateful for lifelong friendships and also friends I meet for a reason or season.
G eraniums
I especially Love the vibrant pink and also red. There are resilient to heat and rain and flower over and over again! What’s not to love!
H ydrangeas
I am grateful and amazed how I can chop these down to nothing in the winter and yet they grow taller every year. I fertilize three times a year and they provide the biggest, most beautiful flowers. Plus, you can dry them and make a bouquet!

I ntuition
So thankful for the times when I receive “a message” from my higher power and listen in order to make good decisions.
J oy
Joy brings to mind delight, tingles of happiness and pure bliss!

I appreciate meeting a kindred spirit. There is something magical where no words are needed. We are in sync.
L uscious
Just a fun word to say, pertaining to many things from foliage to hair to lips to food…
M usic
Music has played a huge part of my life probably since the age of 8 or so. My grandfather on my father’s side actually went on the road and sang vaudeville. Music has helped me through my darkest hours as well as my happiest moments.
N ature
Soothes my soul. The vibrant colors of Summer, Fall and Spring, the magical awakening of birds, bees and other alive creatures.
O rgasmic
When no other word will do..there is no better feeling…
P ositivity
I feel very fortunate to look at life through positive lenses. It can be a challenge and not always easy but knowing things will all work out, saves the day..
Q uiet
I am grateful to be living in peaceful surroundings that are mostly quiet with trees, flowers and water.
R aspberries
I love picking these red, ripe, juicy fruits in season. I’m grateful for a freezer full of them in the winter months.
S mell
Every since I was a smallfry I would go into stores and smell the merchandise! The smell of flowers makes me swoon. The aroma of spices and foods gives me the passion to cook and create.
T ravel & tango
Wanderlust has been my addiction most of my life. I look forward to traveling to other countries and cultures. I am immensely grateful that I am able to fulfill my many travel wishes. Along with that, I can attend tango festivals all over the world where I meet strangers who become friends through the dance. Lucky me!
U nderstanding
I am grateful for the people in my life that listen and understand me. I like to think I take the time to understand them as well.
V elvet
I love the colors, texture and feel of this fabric. The softness and sensualness..ooh la la!
W alking & Writing!
During the pandemic, I started walking three times a week. I found that I was so much more relaxed. Thoughts and ideas came to me easier plus I slept better. I now walk three miles most days and am addicted to how it makes me feel. It’s also given me new ideas for writing on Medium!
X XOXO. Kisses and also a brand of chocolate!!
No explanation needed here!
Y esterday
Even though I don’t want to go back and live there, I so appreciate yesterday for the many happy memories and also lessons learned.
Zen
Zen is described as a state of calm attentiveness in which one’s actions are guided by intuition rather than by conscious effort. I aspire to reach this state more often..
So now it’s time to tag a few of my Medium friends here to play. Please tag me back so I may read your A-Z…..
