Grateful to My Papa for This Advice
Regret of not trying hits harder than failure itself.
Had my sister and I not been told of this, over and over again, we would have lost so many opportunities to participate, to fail, and to succeed.
Thank you, Papa, for:
- This great piece of advice, every time we went to you with doubt, fear, or confusion.
- Always encouraging us to give our best in everything we do.
- Always having our back, no matter what
- Allowing us to fall and fail, so that we could learn to rise back up.
While we spent hours thinking over “why” should we do something, he would say “why not” in return and that always, made all the difference.
