Government Has No Place Inside a Woman

Or Anyone’s Body

Governments are established to rule among people, not within a person’s body. Look at any definition of government. From Webster’s Dictionary: “exercise of political power in directing a people, a country, etc.; system by which community is ruled.”

Let’s be logical. Can the government control what a man does with his penis? His mind? Governments were instituted “among” men, according to the Declaration of Independence. Among is not within. Any law that invades a person’s body isn’t within the jurisdiction of governments.

Sometimes it seems many — certainly not all — men have a strong need to control women. They think they’re the boss! At one time, it was held that a man couldn’t rape his wife because she is his property! Do we have to go through those ignorant ideas again?

How did these “originalists” fail to recognize this basic premise? Privacy isn’t mentioned in the Constitution because governments are designed to deal with the outer person, not invade the inner individual. How can men refuse to wear a mask and then think it is okay to invade a woman’s body?

Get over it! It may be a long battle, but we will never give up!
