God calls us to be a light to the lost, not just a sponge of His truths.
Christians are called to make disciples.

A Biblical Christian worldview perspective — Christians can spend their lives going to church and reading the Bible but never passing on what we have learned. God desires that we not hide our faith under a basket, but bring it out as a light shining in a darkening world (Matt. 5:14–16). Each of us has family, friends, and coworkers who, under God’s love and grace, need to know the truth about eternal life and death. Ultimately, the decision rests between the individual and God. However, we are often called to be the messengers of that truth.
