Goals Resist Happiness

I remember my first year at Caleb, always serious with my schedules, meetings, continuous assessments, and the rest. I left my comfort zone simply because I needed to focus on my goals and how I implement different strategies to stay focused.
One perception stocked in my head was that I wanted to be better than my former self at High school, built few relations, had acquaintances, and made decisions using return on investment that was explained to me by my mentor.
I committed myself to schoolwork and understood discipline was the only way to get to the top by setting standards I have to work hard to keep.
At this point, I did not consciously think about how happy I was, or how overwhelming the school workload was for a 17-year-old lad.
Once your heart is fixed on a task or goal, you will be intrigued by it. You only get to think about systems that resonate with your GOALS.
I wouldn’t say I had the most social interaction during my first year, was only curious about school and what I had next on my to-do list.
Once your goals are ready, create vision boards that are in alignment with it/ them, and cultivate habits that conform with them.
Challenges are to come, advice is to know how to treat some overwhelming moments of the semester or phase of life.
