We are metaphysical beings. Our senses go beyond the physical, into the realms of emotion and spirit. We are fully capable of solving the conundrums of the world and transmuting the mind-bending, confusional issues which lead us to doubt our own divinity.

Yet, our extremely capable, but overactive, monkey minds are very familiar to us, keeping us tied to habitual, counterproductive thoughts and systems which keep us believing all we hear and see. This hopeless practice feels safe when we are in doubt, denial, or fear. This is true even when we are lost in repetitive, unnecessary thoughts.

We believe we are making sense of untenable situations, such as war, death, and destruction, but without all of our senses in play.

Similarly to viral variants, without fresh inspiration, we will keep repeating our age-old mistakes, because our monkey minds can only produce variations of old solutions that have not yet corrected the source of our problems.

It has been said that if an infinite number of monkeys type an infinite number of random keystrokes, they will eventually retype the complete works of William Shakespeare. But, do monkeys have the level of inspiration to create a comparable work? Or, do they primarily repeat the actions which they already know?

Humans are incredibly responsive beings. Habitual, negative habits can become an illness. (Think tendonitis, OCD, cellular dysfunction, or just about any illness or injury, physical or mental.) The source of these habits must be released for health and inspiration to be revived. Otherwise, we will only repeat our past mistakes.

When we hear a message of fear over and over, given to us by people no longer relevant or living, we may eventually believe it. But, is it true? It may have been true to the one speaking when it was first spoken. But, is something that once was true still true?

We are born to live with three gifts- the body, mind, and spirit. The spirit knows how to solve problems and the emotional soul knows how to heal. But, in order to do so, we must silence the mind and listen for what is true now.

Moreover, what do we, as humanity, WANT to be true? Do we just continue to live in a world where we blindly accept what we fear? What would we envision in a world without war or death?

The key here is the willingness, time, and ability to sense and be aware on a much deeper level than we usually are. Creative visioning is not simply a matter of wishing for something or praying to an outside force for help. We have to let go of what was previous to be inspired to create something new. When we move beyond past beliefs, we can take positive action toward the goal of peace.

My all-time favorite quote is attributed to both Goethe and Patanjali. “Until one is committed there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative, (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: the moment that one definitely commits one's self, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance which no one could have dreamt would have come your way. Whatever you can do or dream you can begin it. Begin it now.”

Our human consciousness can span the physical, mental/emotional, and spirit simultaneously. That practice involves releasing the outer encumbrances on our energy and autonomy. In the vernacular, these are called programs, memes, or beliefs.

In his book, titled Egregores, The Occult Beings That Watch Over Human Destiny, 2018, Mark Stavish surmises that societal beliefs get their beginnings from the simple thoughts of a few. These beliefs take on a life of their own and spread as living entities throughout societies.

Such beliefs may be positive or negative, accurate or not. Someone, long ago, must have thought it was good to protect his clan with weapons. Before we had language, perhaps that was accurate for a time.

Today, we live in a world that can be entirely destroyed with the push of a button, unless we do something to stop it.

What we need to let go of, in order to begin to imagine living a peaceful life at this time, is the global fear of a worldwide cataclysm, such as the pandemic has been, and threats of war and human-caused cataclysm.

This fear is ultimately the fear of death, itself, as well as the fear of death’s finality. And, this repetitive imagining brings about what we fear. We can envision something much greater!

If each of us were to do this releasing exercise, we would be free of war and that word would cease to exist. We have to want it! It is not going to happen by osmosis or by wishing peace to be. As a species, we created war and we have to release it from our bodies, minds, and spirits.

We can begin by taking a few deep breaths as we breathe in peace. Let’s sit still, focusing on our breath. As we inhale we can sense our lungs filling with air and light. With each exhale, we release the breath. We are simultaneously filling our being with the light of the cosmos and the world and releasing the holding in of all that comes from outside ourselves.

HINT: Sitting in as quiet a place as possible, we can create a profound stillness to envision whatever we want! We are worthy of a peaceful world. As we give this moment to ourselves, we also give it to the entire Universe!

Now, once we are in that stillness, we can safely and easily sense the source of the fear, both personally and globally. You might see it, know it, hear a message as to its origin, feel it in your jaw, gut, or legs as a tightness, or recall when you heard that someone, (one largely powerless human, with the exception of his money), threatened nuclear war.

Your mind sensed the danger and fear ensued. But, that moment is not now. He and his fear can’t touch you now, as you do this exercise.

You might sense a deeper origin- one in the field of thought from a previous time, or one from a naturally occurring cataclysm to which man’s mind and emotions gave a God-like, animistic, and all-powerful quality. It seems all-powerful, but you also sense its minuteness in the vast scheme of things. You can see it now as just a blip or a very small thought from the small mind that first created it.

Allow whatever you sense to simply be. It will pass away more quickly without any judgments or emotions attached to it like threads.

You sense it exiting the universe through something like a black hole, from which it can never return.

Now, once that thought is released, you are free of it and you are able to envision a next-level positive impact of our world without that fear of war or the threat of nuclear cataclysm. Allow that new vision to form and feel it’s presence within you and here on Earth.

At this most important time in man’s evolution, we hold the cards in the game of life. We have evolved to the point where we not only sense our abilities on all levels, we also realize that there is no time like the present to create what we want for our entire world.

The time is NOW!

Let’s stay in this meditation as often and long as we can, feeling the peace now. With each exhale, we breathe out the obsession with war, disaster, and death. We breathe out stress and send it through that same black hole.

At the close of each meditation imagine breathing in the light of peace and exhaling peace to all planetary beings.

A final thought: Place all that is good in the light. Dark cannot penetrate the light.
