GitHub Admin Profile Not Showing All Allowed IP Addresses

After switching to the new organization setup, something doesn’t seem right

I have a user in my GitHub organization that added IP addresses.

I couldn’t edit some of the IP addresses using that admin user which was slightly annoying. I guess now you have to switch over to the organization profile to modify the IP addresses “managed by the organization.”

I tried unsuccessfully a few times to figure out how to get to that profile but did after about three tries. Seems a bit convoluted.

When I finally did, I couldn’t see the allowed IP addresses added by the individual user.

That’s not cool. The organization profile should see every IP address added by any user.

Where’s the global view of all IP addresses that have access to your account if two different individual users add IP addresses? Do those two users see all the addresses added by both users and the organization? I didn’t test that out.

But the organization profile should definitely see every IP address.

I’m calling that a Bug with a capital B.

So what else is wrong with this organization profile and can I switch back? But that will probably break something too based on my past experiences with Microsoft over the years where reverting to the original settings doesn’t work either.

Someone needs to go over this new organizations profile with a fine tooth comb to find any other issues.
