Lately, I have been in a turmoil of highs and lows in relationships. The only thought that kept me rooted was — This too shall pass!
I want you to know how I cope with emotional stress so that if you are the one going through it too, you can get benefited.

When you are going through a tough time, you are actually getting polished for something better.

- ..To have days where you are UNSURE of where you are
- ..To DOUBT whether, the things you are spending your time and efforts on, are the things you really WANT
Your healing process takes time.
- If you need to skip the party to heal, do so
- If you need to put the phone off to heal, do so
- If you need a day off of your work to heal, do so
Invest in your healing process by giving yourself compassion and patience.
If you allow your body and mind to rest, healing will come by itself — Effortlessly!
No one can be as TRUE to you as you are. So trust yourself;
Trust the process and allow yourself to heal.
