Girl, Let Yourself Heal

It’s Hard to Detach but Harder To Keep Holding On

Are you going through a lot in your life? And, you think it will never get better?

Mark my words; IT WILL!

I know it’s easy to say and hard to follow.

However, my dear friend, you know what — it’s hard anyway.

Is it not hurting to hold on?

If the answer is yes, then

Let go of the situation that is hurting you. Detach with self-love!

Lately, I have been in a turmoil of highs and lows in relationships. The only thought that kept me rooted was — This too shall pass!

I want you to know how I cope with emotional stress so that if you are the one going through it too, you can get benefited.

Always remember one thing:

When you are going through a tough time, you are actually getting polished for something better.

While the process of healing is difficult, I want you to remember — It’s OKAY:

  • ..If you STRUGGLE to stay positive
  • ..If you are a WORK IN PROGRESS
  • ..If you fear your POTENTIAL
  • ..If you feel EXHAUSTED
  • ..If you haven’t LET IT GO yet
  • ..If you are OVERTHINKING
  • ..If you WONDER WHY you are you
  • ..If you RUSH through the moment
  • ..If you feel LOST and CONFUSED
  • ..To have days where you are UNSURE of where you are
  • ..To DOUBT whether, the things you are spending your time and efforts on, are the things you really WANT

Your healing process takes time.

  • If you need to skip the party to heal, do so
  • If you need to put the phone off to heal, do so
  • If you need a day off of your work to heal, do so

Invest in your healing process by giving yourself compassion and patience.

If you allow your body and mind to rest, healing will come by itself — Effortlessly!

No one can be as TRUE to you as you are. So trust yourself;

Trust the process and allow yourself to heal.

Love, Priyanka
