Thrifty Words Theme Challenge #22: Guilty

Kitchen clutter.

Too many gifted dishes. No room for things I really need.

My counters are full of items belonging in cupboards. Space taken by gifts from Mother-in-law. Not even a bullet could Marie Kondo my kitchen that time my house got shot.

I can’t get rid of her gifts.

My house really did get shot a couple of years ago. One bullet tore through the storm door, the back door, and my cupboard wall. It shattered dishes. But not the Corningware baking dishes my mother-in-law gifted us 10 years ago. Those dishes really do take up a lot of room and rarely get used.

My kitchen really does need a Marie Kondo makeover.
