Gifts For A Great Editor, Dennett
To cheer and send good wishes

This anemone is still in bloom in my garden. It didn’t flower until early late September. I also have strawberries!

This is a Six Spot Burnet Moth. I was very lucky to spot it. I really like the colors. Not all moths are drab.

Bluetits are frequent visitors to my garden. I love their flash of colorful plumage. They feed at the feeders in my trees.

A young Sikha stag. He appeared in a story posted elsewhere. He will be rutting this fall to win his harem of does. Stags will fight to the death. But sometimes one gives up and will wander away alone. It may be that they wait until next autumn or they might find a lone doe who got separated from her herd. Rutting is a rite of of autumn.
This is for Dennett and Captain Argentina. I love posting her publication and miss reading her.
Thank you to Louise Peacock, who does a great job in helping out, for the prompt and to Kim Zuch for making me aware.
