Ghostly Silhouettes
Spooktober Prompt Week #1

Ghostly silhouettes hide in corners dark, gripping hard with their steely might, trying to stay in place and not be released to the forgotten corners of peoples lives.
Wanting to permanently remain in place, to be a constant reminder in human lives. Shrinking fast to corners tight, not wanting to leave and bid goodbye. Shirking away from the light that enters the space they vacate.
Floods of light entering in hollow spaces, shifting, removing ghostly silhouettes from the dark, banishing them forever from mortal lives, leaving behind faintly reminders of their presence.
