Getting To Know Courtenay S. Gray
Answering the brain is a noodle questionnaire

[1] What did you like to do most when you were 10? They say that this hobby is likely what brings you the most joy in life — is this something you still do?
When I was ten years old, I loved to write stories and read books. Go figure! I also loved to play video games, and I loved to watch Harry Potter.
Today, I still love to do all those things. However, my writing has now become a bigger project than it was back then. I always had a dream of being a successful writer.
[2] What genres do you write? Why do you choose to write with these types of structures? What’s attractive about them?
I write in an array of forms and genres. My work consists of; Poetry, Non-Fiction, Fiction, Essays, Think Pieces and more. As for the genre/theme, I tend to write about dark subject matters. In the past year, I have found my work to be very philosophical. I am highly intrigued by philosophers and their theories, so I thoroughly enjoy incorporating that into my work.
[3] What’s your all-time favourite childhood TV show?
It would be impossible for me to narrow it down to one, so I will pick one show from each channel I watched.
Disney Channel: That’s So Raven
CITV: Jungle Run
CBeebies: Come Outside
Nickelodeon: Drake & Josh
[4] Pick one sense and tell us about the most relaxing thing you do in relation to that sense.
The sense I have picked is touch, and it isn’t about what I do. I find having someone tickle my back or massage my head very relaxing.
[5] Who is someone you want to connect more with this month? How might you go about doing this?
I can’t really answer this question as I am a loner. I don’t tend to interact with many people, and I prefer it that way. I need my own space.
