Good mental health is an important issue people should talk about. But many of the people don’t utter anything that they are going through. I know it’s hard to open up and say your feelings to the world. I have experienced it. I was the person who never shared my feelings with anyone.

Until it was too much for me. At times I can’t handle stuff by myself. I knew I need someone to listen to my problems. But I didn’t know with whom to share. I never had that confidence. But I was still praying to God to heal me anyway he can. I think so everyone heals with their problem one day. It’s just that the timings differ and our action speaks up.

I am by no means a professional caregiver nor am I certified or licensed to offer psychological assistance, but I know what happened to me, and I know what I did to break the cycle. Perhaps these four steps will work for you, perhaps not. I only know they helped me and maybe will do the same for you.

Your problems may be anything. Some disorders, OCD, depression, or the little harsh words from someone. Harsh words which you have piled up in your heart from years and never told anyone. So, you can affect yourself mentally by focusing on even the tiniest of things. Don’t be sorry if you are hurt by even little things. If it hurts, it hurts. That’s nothing wrong. You are not too sensitive neither you are overreacting.

If you have piled up with lots of scars and brushes in your heart which is hurting you, then consider this first step. I myself have done it and I am free from the burden.
