Opinions

Well, I don’t have the answer, to be honest. For each person it will be different, each person has their own past. Each person has their own life and values. But it is worth knowing for yourself why and how to get out of your comfort zone and if it is necessary for you. And eventually when or when to stay in your comfort zone.
The last few months are very hectic for me. A personal issue I have to solve and isn’t easy to solve where there are a few persons are involved too. In this case, I want to stay in my comfort zone because it feels safe, but it gets too much energy from my inner self. At the other side, solving this problem gets out of my comfort zone to do things or think about how to solve those problems. Which makes me do things and think about things I normally don’t think about.
You literally think about how to manage your thoughts, your emotions, your well-being, every step you take to do what you have to do to solve those problems. You realize what you’re capable of and where to step aside, where to take the lead and when to step back. And that is something I had to realize, that I’m capable of many more things I never thought I could do or which I won’t do. This is stepping out of your comfort zone. In my opinion.
For me, it helps — in certain situations — to relax and get every feeling into my body and think about it and feel as much as I can. And at the same time, walking in a beautiful area and enjoy that! About that and that area… I was walking through that particular area last few days to clear my mind. I needed that because of my personal situation. I always have been scared to walk all alone through that area. Now I just did it! On my own. No fear at all. How impossible, by just doing it. So, I came out of my comfort zone.

Pictures are my own!
