Fall joyfulness

May today bring you joy.

I appreciate any feedback. Please let me know your thoughts. You will find 18 videos below. I know it is a lot. I could not help myself. I found so many beautiful places traveling across America.

My last month had been very busy with travel. I was able to create many lovely videos throughout this time. I hope you will enjoy them. I am grateful for Debbee Aquila Maraglio-Lynn (PhD) traveling with me across America. We are also planning to create a book about our journey. More to come on that later…

At the end of October I flew to Florida and had some lovely adventures there. One of my favorite part was watching turtles swim around in Eglin. I was able to capture some lovely moments. I could have watched them all day. It did take a few tries as they do not come out when it is cold.

I hope you had fun watching these lovely creatures.

Next, I was very fortunate to be able to meet with Annelise Lords in Tallahassee and we went to a lovely state park together. Captured some magical moments below.

We had a lot of fun at this park walking barefoot and embodying ourselves in nature. Thank you so much Annelise Lords for spending time with me.

Next, I had spent time recording some videos about nature, about our poetry book — Moments of Eternity and a book I recommend that is written by Maren Muter — The Quantum Brain. Additionally, you will find an energy work/meditation video and moments being grateful to be in nature.

The next recordings found me with Carmen Micsa, MA in English, podcaster and Debbee Aquila Maraglio-Lynn (PhD) in a lovely state park in Sacramento, CA. We did a beautiful walk and poetry readings together.

Next, we ended up in Eureka, CA and I was able to have a lovely nature walk with Debbee Aquila Maraglio-Lynn (PhD). During our walk I recorded a walking meditation while enjoying my time at the bird sanctuary.

We also went to a lovely zoo where we did walk high — about 100 feet amongst the redwood and watched bears play high up in the trees. I loved watching the bears so much and had a great time walking high up by the trees even though I am terrified of heights.

Next we found ourselves in Newport, Oregon at the amazing Yaquina Head State Park with a beautiful lighthouse and lovely beaches. It was a truly magical place where you can spend days just watching the birds and the water.

Once back at home on thanksgiving day I visited Fort Stevens State park with my son Andras Mihaly and had some lovely beach time with barefoot walking of course. It was time for some grounding again.

I hope you have enjoyed this collection.

Thank you for reading,

Watching,

Gabriella
