Whether you need a little boost to complete your next post or you need a little something tasty and healthy with your cuppa, here’s a simple recipe for you.

Energy balls

  • 8 to 10 dates
  • 60g to 80g almond flour
  • unsweetened cocoa, roughly 2 tablespoons
  • a few drops of milk (binder)

Cut the dates fine; mix in the almond flour, cocoa and milk.
