Fuel For Your Day
A Healthy Snack Recipe

I’ve been making those for the past week now, and do they help!
They are yummy and provide plenty of protein, minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc) and fiber.
Whether you need a little boost to complete your next post or you need a little something tasty and healthy with your cuppa, here’s a simple recipe for you.
Energy balls
- 8 to 10 dates
- 60g to 80g almond flour
- unsweetened cocoa, roughly 2 tablespoons
- a few drops of milk (binder)
Cut the dates fine; mix in the almond flour, cocoa and milk.
Shape into little balls and reserve in the fridge for a while (or not!).
January 13th edit: add a few drops of milk for added stickability!
Tuck in to this yummy treat.
It dispells fatigue and settles any sweet craving in a healthy way.
Go for it!
