From $0 To $5,000 A Month, It Took Me Years To Make My Name As A Writer
Writers can definitely make thousands of dollars…
When I started my writing career several years ago, I didn’t know how to find the right kinds of jobs. I chose marketplaces, created my profiles there but ended up wasting my time and energy. Then I could find a couple of clients on social media; they offered me $1 per 500 words. I know you will be shocked to hear that, but this happens to everybody who starts from scratch and doesn’t know the direction.
At this point in life, I am making up to $5,000 a month working only a few hours weekly. Besides this website, I have many private clients and have been recruited by several academic writing companies. Together, all of them give me thousands of bucks per month and I am happy with the pay.
Tips For New Writers
Going from $0 to $5,000 a month is not easy. You will have to remember a couple of things.
- Never Give Up — I repeat ‘don’t give up at any cost.’ It doesn’t matter if you are making pennies per month. You just need to keep working because success knocks on the doors of people who dare to give their best. You may take months or even years to grow yourself as a writer, but you will be where you want to be. Just focus on consistency.
- Manage Your Time — When I started working, I used to work daily including weekends. Now, things have been changed and I work from Monday to Friday. Sometimes, I don’t work on Friday too. This happens to everybody. You need to work consistently in the beginning, but once you become a reputed writer, you can manage your time. Working a little and making a lot will become possible for you.
- Seek Help — I don’t think seeking help is a bad thing. You have to put your ego aside in order to improve your writing skills. Ask the top writers whatever is confusing you. Or else, you can complete one or more writing courses to gain a better understanding of how to succeed.
