Friday Struggle Bus, Less Creepy Now
A weekly tradition for almost four weeks now.
Don’s Corner
If you tell the people a lie enough times, eventually they will believe you are telling the truth. If you tell a story long enough, the people will eventually think you are some kind of a goose.
We have decided that our regular Friday road trip, would include “Don’s Corner,” an opinion and storytelling area of our dystopian world where the popsicle man plays Bob Marley on the steel drums as he meanders through our formerly quiet, peaceful valleys, meant to both lather you up for action, and yet relax you enough that you can accept even the most outrageous premises.
Don’t expect anything political here from Mr. Moderate. I may be Billy Boring, but I can make enemies by just proclaiming the sky to be blue. So enough about blue, I know I am considered a tail-wagging, foul-breathed, slow-faced paramecium. That should do for a while. Of course, I mean that in the nicest possible way. None of that here.
Today's endorsement: Jif Peanut Butter and Ritz Crackers. My associate and I today consumed, for the purpose of testing, seven units of said combination, and found them to be exceptional. First to last.
I am working on my YouTube channel, where I will be unboxing and recipe-exploring, UNCOMPENSATED and unbiased.
I heartily recommend them without reservation and without remuneration. I won’t make a farthing if you go down to the A&P and clean them out.
One note of caution, however, if you get a good, generous portion in the middle, you will be subject to getting it on your fingers and all in your beard.
