Free Speech, Is It Free Anymore?

The subversion of freedom starts with the suppression of free speech

The suppression of free speech comes today via, very progressive Administrative officials of the government, looking for ANY excuse to mug and gag citizens that they feel do not share their agenda.

EVERYONE from the “Administrative government” is beyond the ability of Congress to control. There is no set of rules of engagement, thus, they are free to do as they please. A famous example? Anthony Fauci, otherwise a fly on the science wall, promoted by the progressive media into superstardom status, now an untouchable.

The Way Things Are

Senator Rand Paul (Senate meeting on October 23 at 6:58:05. ) :

“We have Dr. Fauci spreading mistruths across the country, saying we got to forcibly vaccinate the kids? There is no science behind any of that. In fact England is rejecting what we are doing. In England because the age skew, because the most at risk are of the older age, they are making their stock readily available for the elderly. We have a problem in our country, we have people who have so politicized science, that there are people struggling and dyeing everyday because they have never heard of Monoclonal Antibodies (mAb infusion treatment that helps high risk patients). We have people dyeing everyday because the Government, at the behest of Dr. Fauci and a few other people have said, YOU can’t get monoclonal Antibodies if you are in a hospital. I have heard people everyday who after getting vaccinated get COVID again and can’t get mAb, because Dr. Fauci said, ‘if you are in a Hospital, you don’t get it.’ Think about this, we have orders that comes from on-high, like from a central authority, like the Politburo, and doctors at hospitals are afraid to prescribe it. This has never happened in our country before. Doctors were able to make their own decisions, based on their own experience, based on studies, based on real life exampled BUT using their own discretion. Now doctors are afraid to prescribe life saving medicine.”

And that is a Senator in Congress. Proof positive that the people in the Administrative State are not only beyond US (the VOTERS), they are beyond Congress. Untouchable.

A less popular example is the Trump administration which was incessantly attacked from the get-go. The DOJ coordinating with the FBI to “kick him out,” using the 25th amendment. Then using the “Mueller Probe and the Russian Investigation” to harass the people that worked in Trump’s election to find dirt to prosecute him with. Later the Democratic majority in the house who harassed him incessantly for the remainder of his tenure. They use progressive “Civil Servants” from within the White House doing whatever it took to create scandal. ALL the noise to indict him and/or distract him from his job as assigned by the people.

The Administrative government does the bidding of any “Progressive” government since Woodrow Wilson. His reason for its creation was to “speed-up” government to match the “speed” of modern society. His cleverness was as obvious as his racial tendencies. One of the three rules for their existence is that, they HAVE to hire only progressives. Why do you think they were able to investigate Trump for four long years? They are the equivalent of the “Central Planning” Administration in the Soviet Union.

On the other side of that coin — A Citizen

The Citizens of his country are under constant gag-threat through manipulated mugging by the Administrative government. Similar to the attack on Trump, the DOJ coordinates the attack with the intent to gag free speech then, the executing velociraptors come out. A perfect example is:

Sherronna Bishop First Amendment Rights were mugged by the FBI. A school Mom who is proactive about what materials are acceptable to teach children in their schools, was totally abused as if she was a common criminal at her home, with her husband and two children present. They knocked her front door down, apprehended her, put her in handcuffs out in the street and kept her there in her pajamas for 30 minutes, in a cold day in Grand Junction Colorado for ALL to see and intimidate. Her daughter had to call a lawyer because they took her phone away as evidence. You can watch her story here. This is one serious Human Being that knows how to stand up to abuse, to talk with courage as she did in that interview.

Censored Speech

Paul Coleman, Executive Director for the International “Alliance Defending Freedom,” in his book “Censored,” discusses the rise of hate-speech LAWS throughout Europe, and their devastating effect on freedom of speech. He gives examples in Germany, Cypress, Sweden.

He left the USA out of the book. We are an example of the most Soviet-Style type of speech censorship, gagging through subterfuge. A “Law” makes the consequences of faulting a “Moral Law” public. That would very clearly violate whatever appearance of respect there is for the Constitution. Regulating speech is regulating morality. Sort of like regulating racism. Somebody in government made an assumption on the behavior that will be condemned. However, as opposed to Racism, which is not mentioned in the Constitution, we have the First Amendment. In Europe, it is public to all because that government is not owned by the people or do not have a Constitution. Voting in those governments is a masquerade for liberties (not Freedom) allowed by the state.

SS in the United States does not mean “Schutzstaffel,” as it did in Germany back in the days of Hitler. Although it could, it meant “Protective Echelon, but that meaning is polluted with all atrocities they did to “protect” their OWN echelons. The SS in this country means “Soviet-Style” because as in the soviet Union’s Apparatchik, we now have a “Central Planning” sub-government bureaucracy (the Administrative government). It is the phantom hand of government (because it exists although it is unconstitutional). President Woodrow Wilson created it back in circa 1913 when he was president and has never been shutdown. The opposite, it has grown to today, with 430 Agencies and about 2,800,000 “civil servants” Plus Millions of “contractors” that do exactly as the civil servants say.

These SS Agencies are in charge of writing regulations that are derived from the Bills or Acts Congress enacts. They interpret and deduce “their” meaning and apply it to corporations or other entities in order to achieve “their” interpretation of that law.

There is a problem — ALL these agencies are UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Nowhere in the constitution did we say the government can create such bureaucracy. The Constitution created a ‘System of government.” If we look at the definition of a “System” in Merriam Webster it says: “a regularly interacting or interdependent group of items forming a unified whole.” That is what the Constitution named as our system of government.

This is a closed government system. It contains three sub-systems. 1. The Declaration of Independence, without it we don’t exist. Thus, we don’t need a constitution; 2. the Constitution which itself has three subsystems, the Executive, the Legislative (Congress) and, SCOTUS ALL tied together with rules of engagement; 3. and last but not least, The millions of people who cast their votes for the government of their choice; If NOBODY voted, there would be no government and chaos would ensue.

Note: the “Rules of Engagement” between ALL of the parts of Government and assigns various responsibilities to each and their relation to the others. Nowhere there is mention of an Administrative Government.

“Administrative government” was and STILL IS, the manufacture of people who, as “Elites” of their day, were snobs enough to think they were better than our Founders and on the other hand, people were ignorant, so they could get away with creating a vast Apparatchik to help them get their way.

This Apparatchik works and will work as long as people (US, the people) become ideologues and think their “laws” do not apply to them. As long as we bicker with each other. Trapping individuals like Sherronna Bishop will continue, the Apparatchik will continue to be a tool of convenience for the Progressives. That is the Nature of that Velociraptor.

Note: Why Velociraptors? They were fast. And they work to serve one function and one function only. In this case only to help the Progressive agenda, all others are exterminated as they show up. To them, the Constitution is like a speed limit while you are driving, just a caution to what you are doing.
