That’s right, that was what the sign on the window said, and as I like to save, like my friend who came with me on that trip, I decided to let him know and we crossed the street to see the museum.

Crossing the road was not easy, there were no crosswalks and it was 10:00 am in London, I remember well because, for the first time, I didn’t have to change the time zone on my watch.

To see what we do to save some money, instead of taking the metro to the London Eye and, (thanks for the works), Big Ben, we went on foot from the central train station. Two tourists, on the streets of London, some say there is no better way to get to know a city, and I agree, (also, to get robbed, which we didn’t, thanks to my 188cm, I think).

Do you want to know more?

We took a few sandwiches from home to eat for lunch…no wonder I didn’t find London an expensive city, as I was told it was.

Not forgetting that we haven’t booked a hotel, because I like to live a full experience wherever I go, and my friend liked the idea…unfortunately, it was the first and last time, according to him.

Continuing with the free museum…

Neither I nor my friend found it strange to have to sign a form with our personal details, but as we were not from that country, we put our creativity to the test and invented some names and some addresses.

Upon climbing the stairs, the guide asked what we were doing for a living, my friend said he was a musician and, not letting me an answer, said I was a drug addict. The guy laughed.

It was nice to have reached the first floor and, the supposed museum, was just a library of magazines, televisions with advertisements to help people quit their addictions, and, you’re right, the first division was, drug addiction. We stayed there for 15/20 minutes, to rest our legs (and refill our water bottles, and, surprisingly, eat some snacks.

I only realized what kind of museum was that, when I arrived in my country, e todos aqueles formulários serviam para recrutar mais pessoas para aquela organização…You are right, and it was the first time I heard of Scientology, and, thankfully my friend was with me, otherwise it would be the second time that I was going to introduce him to a cult.
