“Grandpa, what is the meaning of diggings?” When you are looking for gold and come across a place full of rocks and sand, what do you do? “Uh, you dig? Oh, I dig!”
“Uh, Grandpa, what is the meaning of placer?” Hey, do you want me to do all of your homework? See that big book over there? It’s called a dictionary. Dig into it!
“Just one more question, Grandpa. I promise.” OK, what is it? “What is the meaning of life?” That’s a great question, Johnny! You’ll know the answer when your own grandson asks you that same question!
