For My Dear Friend On A Rainy Day

“Rain falls because the clouds can no longer handle the weight. Tears fall because the heart can no longer handle the pain.”

My dearest friend, I feel you’re struggling inside; I hope I could make you feel well, Hear me out through this poesy spell.

If you can think of nothing, Hey, just watch the falling rain; It will give you any hint of a timely wishful intent.

If you’re anyone like me, just savorin’ my loose day, I’d prefer drinkin’ a sizzling cup of coffee, or catch the raindrops rolling on a tree.

If you’re anything but bored, come join me on board; Let’s get this day so handy, those gloomy thoughts, oh hand me.

If you are going so blue, I can sense it you know, I’d pull you out to let you through, Let’s walk and dance in the drizzle, give tears a chance to sizzle.

No one will find out, I swear, I’m here for you whatever, We are best friends, remember? Not only in the rain I’ll walk with you, but through all the storms, you’ll run into.
