Football Stadium Mind Hack

A fun, therapeutic and learning game

Imagine you are sitting in 50 yard line seats in a football stadium in the middle of a very contentious football game. You are one of 80,000 people in the stadium watching the game. The vibrations from all those people are very intense. The noise is deafening.

Then the game is over and the football players and the fans all leave the stadium. Except for you. You are still sitting in your seat; the only person left in the stadium.

How does that make you feel?

Have you ever done this before? I have. It is rather mind-blowing, an experience that I recommend everyone try.

It is a great way to give your inner senses a workout, especially that inner sense that gauges vibratory frequency. During the game you closed your eyes for a while and felt all the energy around you. After the game, sitting all alone in the stadium, you close your eyes again and feel all the energy around you. The frequency is very, very different.

Of course it would not be the same as standing all alone out in the middle of the wilderness. The vibratory residue left by 80,000 excited people still lingers in the stadium, a diminishing reverberation that you can feel with your inner senses. Still, despite that residue the vibratory contrast between the height of the game with all those people and the silent stillness of being the only person in the stadium is very stark.

And if you took the time to feel the difference you would be exercising and getting in touch with your inner senses. The more we stop and feel the vibrations in whatever circumstance we find ourselves in, the more our inner knowing is imprinted with vital information. Eventually we will begin, once again, to automatically sense vibrations like we were originally designed to do.

It is a fun exercise for the noggin as well. Sitting alone in the stadium you can ask yourself which circumstance you feel more comfortable in. The full stadium or being the only one? Psychiatrists everywhere would love to know your answer to this question. (But you don’t have to tell them. Keep them guessing, I always say.)

Sitting alone in that stadium does your noggin thinking increase or decrease? Do you think more while watching the game with the other 79,999 people or afterwards when there is no longer anything to watch?

Are you doing a post-game show in your noggin? Are you replaying the highlights of the game? Are you thinking about the food that you ate? Are you thinking about the people you attended the game with? Are you thinking about the next game? Are you thinking about when you finally go out into the parking lot and see that your car is the only one left?

It is a fun little mental, emotional and spiritual experience. Does this game sound like something you would like to do? Or does it not sound appealing at all?

Have you ever been alone in a huge football stadium and screamed at the top of your lungs? Have you heard the echoes of screaming pass through the stadium? It is a lot different than screaming at the top of your lungs at the same time as 79,999 other people scream at the top of their lungs.

If you have ever tried this little game I would love to hear what your experience was like. How profound was it for you? Would you do it again? Would you recommend it to friends? And, most importantly, how did it make you feel?
