Making progress towards fitness goals means hard work and dedication. But it also means working out smart and staying on your routine. If you’re unsure if you are making progress in your fitness journey, consider below points.

Consistency with days — Try to work out at least 3–4 days in a week without having more than a day gap. Create your own work out that mixes with cardio and high intensity training in a way that it will allow to meet your goals. Have a rest day. Recovery is as important as working out.

Make smart and small goals initially to see progress. It will help you to understand your body and its strength. Compare your progress every week to make sure you are improving. Take notes or maintain a diary.
