Folklore, Graveyards And A Gothic Friend

All the reasons I would love to visit Ireland

When Tom Fenske asked us to write about a place in the world I always wanted to visit for Day Five of The Shortform Sprint, the first place I thought was Sweden because it was where the band Europe was born.

But then I thought about it again and realized how much I would love to meet my Gothic friend Tracy Fahey in her hometown in Ireland.

Tracy always posts wonderful pictures of graveyards, historical buildings and landscapes that trigger stories in my head.

I know that one day we’ll meet.
