Summary

The provided text is a poignant reflection on the nature of suicide, redefining it as a "Murcide" perpetrated by society's actions rather than an individual's choice, and honoring the strength it takes for someone to make that final decision.

Abstract

The text, titled "FLY .. MY BELOVED !", presents a powerful perspective on suicide, emphasizing that it is not a cowardly act but the result of a long and painful journey filled with adversity such as difficulty, pain, suffering, heartache, failure, anxiety, stress, fear, indecisiveness, and self-doubt. It suggests that society's failure to support individuals, symbolized by doors closed on "PUSH" mode instead of "PULL," contributes to a person's decision to end their life. The author argues that suicide is a form of murder cloaked as self-inflicted harm, executed by the world's indifference and lack of empathy. The piece also pays tribute to the immense courage required for a person to take their own life, acknowledging the strength it takes to face the "eternal darkness" in search of peace. It encourages the departed to "Fly" away from a world that is too weak to appreciate their fortitude, suggesting that true strength lies in their ability to make such a profound decision, bear the physical pain, discern right from wrong, and leave love behind.

The wonderful submission:

SUICIDE is not something that you did to yourself.

SUICIDE is something that the world around you did to you, when they shut doors on you on PUSH mode instead of PULL.

SUICIDE is not the act that happened all of a sudden in an instant.

SUICIDE is something that you walked towards, one baby step at a time, right from the onset of difficulty, pain, suffering, heartache, failure, anxiety, stress, fear, indecisiveness, self-doubt; till you reached the pinnacle of your endurance.

So, it was not a SUICIDE; it was a MURCIDE — a MURDER hidden in the garb of a SUICIDE.

Who says you were a ‘coward’ !

Do they even realize what level of bearing you had reached before giving way ?

Can they ever bear so much, if even for an act ?

Have they ever ?

And then that last moment, the final one.

Do they know what hibernating stores of courage you had to shook awake in order to dive into that eternal darkness to find your rightful share of peace and solace ?

Blinding lights, jeering silhouettes, ridiculing words; this is not your world.

You go, My Beloved !

Fly, now that you can, with all the strength you always had.

This world is too weak for you.

Because they’re the strongest who take that plunge; strong mentally to make that decision, strong physically to take that pain, strong morally to tell right from wrong, strong emotionally to leave the love behind.

Fly, to where there are lots like you, the strong ones.

Let darkness be the wind beneath your wings.

And Light be YOU !

Fly .. My Beloved !!
