“Optimism” by Monoreena Acharjee Majumdar

Tears of the blue filling the void, numbing the pain of the world.

Lost and then found, dreams are the key — the portal between hope and reality.

Nothing is hidden, nothing is known in the maze of darkness and light. Swaying in the rhythm of time, faith plants the seeds of life.

Hues of the soul, the magic it holds — footsteps through the sands of old. A pledge of the heart, allegiance to love a battle for each day to dawn.

Grace is born, when the first ray of warmth touches the white frozen cloak. Flowers of hope defying the cold flourish on the tear-bathed soil.
