Little Windows in the Palms of Our Hands

Photo by Jeffrey Hamilton on Unsplash

The advancement of technology has created more windows for me to peek out of, I can witness the manifestation of your deepest desires, the rewards and consequences of your actions, your smiling face, blooming in the sun’s rays

You water yourself daily with affirmations that you see online, I support your journey by posting a few on mine, You eventually come to notice... Imagery and quotes that I share to further stimulate your growth, as there is much beauty in one overcoming the curveballs that life throws at them

Although my garden is not as full as it once was, it definitely contains some rare breeds, I do have flowers that I favor over others, Those that I pay a little more attention to as the color interest me most, How high they can grow, and what each of them symbolize, from difficult to simpler times as you consistently adapt to new environments

No matter where you go, I follow, and given a guide to your favorite things and the arts that you resonate with, I am always more than happy and honored to accompany you on your journey

To bloom, to heal, to Love, to live.

Continue to spread your roots.

Commentary:

We use social media so often, which gives us a front seat to others’ lives just by unlocking our phones or signing on to our laptops. I love the part of social media where I can keep up with the journeys of people that I know personally, have formed bonds with virtually, or those that I just take interest in for some reason. We all experience so much in our time here, and wishing the best for everyone, it’s really good to see them overcome their battles. Continuing on their pursuit of happiness.

At the end of our days, we may watch their interactions with loved ones, and how they smile for the cameras, which reminded me of a flower’s bloom. I often compare people to flowers as we have plenty of similarities just as we have differences. One similarity being that we should be handled with care.

I hope that, after reading, you can come to better understand how I go about finding peace in my own life and realizing that there’s beauty in every one of us. Thank you so much for reading.
