Fire Inside the Blood
An element, a universal flood
This night is a creation of my dreams — The candle’s ruby red. Your breath is ardent. We gather light and drink at once the beams — You make me burn — now come and hold me harder!
Sweet moments flow, obscuring our minds. My palms are melting into your supple skin. I see just you — before that, I must’ve been blind. The blissful night is in the color of the sin:
A dim silk lace covers us with grace — The calming darkness is as warm as a blanket. You are my lover — my palms caress your face. You know well, sensations need no ranking…
And we are here — sheltered for not so long Inside the gentle stillness of the night… Devour my skin — the taste is extremely strong. Undress the shyness — I need your inner light
To unlock the fire strolling inside my blood. Reveal yourself and give me your craving lips. An element, a universal flood — Let it capture you — surrender the sweet grip.
The dawn is coming, and I have to go away. Now let me put the blanket — cause you’re sleeping yet… I’ll remember you, but I am still a stray: I have a road. How far am I doomed to get?
Thank you for reading.
This poem is a fiction of love and passion. It also tells about specific situations when we just cannot stay, regardless of our feelings and desires.
