Cloudberries — baked with leipäjuusto cheese..

In Finland I bought cloudberries in Helsinki near the harbour. Was staying with a Finnish couple. He had bought cheese but it was the wrong cheese. His wife gazed at him with a despairing look. He immediately left to buy the correct cheese.
