Have you found your flow as yet?
Do you know what is Easy?
Boredom
Do you know what is Challenging?
Flow
Do you know what is Beyond our Ability?
Anxiety
During restrictive times many of us kind of lose control, get easily tired of the situation and even wish to give up.
In today’s pandemic, we are hearing daily of someone or the other getting into a massive depression or even trying to end their most precious life. Only because they had enough, enough of sitting home and coping with the situation they weren’t geared up for.
Leaving beside some who are able to manage themselves — like me, wonder why?
Why aren’t they able to make the most of it?
Maybe they have everything that life has to offer but still, they decide to take such a drastic step ..why?
What is it that they are lacking?
What has troubled them the most?
What was missing in their life?
Did they not find their Ikigai?
Have they not found their flow?

Do you know that if you find flow in all you do, you can Overtake Boredom and Bypass Anxiety?
You don’t need to dwell on the past or even overthink the Future. All you need to do is to live in your Present as that is where you will find your flow.
Simply give your present the power by getting totally immersed in it to reach your perfect state of flow.
And then decide what is better, The Flow of Life or Your Flow in Life!
Flow is bound to make you feel awesome.
Do you know the correct Flow has the potential to make things happen?
Once you are in the right flow -like a smooth river flowing without any blocks, mentally and physically, you can get success in all you do.
You just simply need to be there — present at that moment in all ways, be immersed in that feeling with all your energy, focus, and grit being fully involved in what you do, all along.
So with my favorite 9 Steps below, you can try to reach the optimal flow experience.
You will simply need to know...
- What you are doing
- When you are doing
- How you are doing
- How well are you doing
- How are you moving physically and mentally
- How to perceive challenges
- How to perceive major skills
- How to be free from distractions
- How to feel calm, focus, and keep control.
And once you get into this beautiful habit of flowing in the flow, believe me — You have found your way …
