Abstract

as two weeks, no such wait here.</p><p id="8be7">Most of the time, my articles are published with very little change, except punctuation, capitalization and such things. I’m not an English major. I get it. The feedback I have gotten on other articles that need some revision has been extremely helpful as well, and has helped me to improve my writing.</p><p id="83b9">As of this week, Modern Women is now up to 200 followers! I have to tell you, this is a great group of women. If you haven’t checked out the publication yet, I highly recommend it. Finding a Publication to Write For

If you are a woman writer, check out Modern Women!

As a new writer on Medium, I had heard about how important it is to join a publication and to get more eyes on your work.

Around that time, I saw an advertisement for a new publication that was looking for writers. It is called Modern Women. I have been writing with this great group of ladies now for a little over a month and have had a great experience so far.

Megan Llorente and E.S. Yates have done a great job as editors, and usually my articles are published within the same day I submit them or the next day. I have heard with some other publications it can take as much as two weeks, no such wait here.
