Evaluate if you need a course correction in your understanding or use of power. Or possibly your response to powerful people.
Conflict arises when one person or party seeks to gain control over another person or group. The motive behind these actions is always a desire for power.
To sit in a position of authority, one must first understand what it means to carry the responsibility of bringing order and balance to any situation.
To rule or direct a situation, one must have trained themselves in mental and emotional control. To act with a given authority, those you seek to influence must trust your integrity.
If a person has demonstrated the proper use of power, we should accept their leadership. Disrespect for this person’s wisdom shows weakmindedness and a lack of maturity.
To carry the weight of decisions and be responsible for the wellbeing of many requires that we internalize power to manage our animal instincts.
A person without internal discipline cannot hold a seat of authority for long. External displays of force or manipulation will always cause suspicion and doubt by others.
Today examine your understanding of holding a seat of authority. Make sure you understand it is not the position or the throne that gives the power but our Higher, more evolved nature. ~~~~
