Find Me, If You Can
A Poem
Find me in the poems, For there I truly reside, In the language of the heart, Where the soul is free to abide.
Find me in the laughter that still wanders in the mountains Echoing through the valleys and canyons, like a fountain That never runs dry, always flowing with joy and glee A sound that fills the air and sets the spirit free.
Find me in the souls of birds In the patterns of their wings For they are unique and never duplicated Just like the essence of my being
Find me in the rustling of the leaves, in the whisper of the breeze In the melody of the birds, in the humming of the bees In the warmth of the sun, in the coolness of the shade In the colors of the sky, in the stars that never fade.
Find me in the moments of peace, in the stillness of the night In the gentle sway of the trees, in the soft glow of the moonlight In the memories we shared, in the love that we knew In the song that still echoes, in the mountains so true.
