Hello, everyone and thankyou for clicking onto my article. This is for all of the writers here on medium. I have discovered a system different then the follow for follow method, that will help all of us grow.

Step 1. Reply and/or clap to every comment on your articles/blogs/stories

By replying and clapping to your readers comments you will be building up a sense of community.

Step 2. ALWAYS check out their page.

If someone comments on your article or if they begin following you, always check out their page. Maybe you will find something you like! I reccommend reading one or two of their posts, clapping and commenting.

By using this process I have been able to support the people who are supporting me. I have also been able to discover a few writers that I really like and I’ve been able to build up a community of familiar names online.

#writers-supporting-writers is one of the best methods to growing a community, not just a following.
